PCM Group has been providing integrated services into the Defence sector since 2012, working across a range of Defence vessels and infrastructure, helping to maintain Australia’s Defence assets We have delivered:
- Full abrasives blast and paint of Vessels
- Full Abrasive blast and paint of Fresh water and Black & Grey tanks
- Full Abrasive blast and painting of under water line and apply new antifouling system (Hempal or International Paints)
- Prop and shaft blast and paint
- Fresh Water, Black & Grey and Diesel Tank Cleaning
- Void washes 3 monthly and 6 monthly for Inspection
- Hydro blasting and vacuum recovery of decks and install new coating non-skid coating system.
- Mechanically tool prepare and apply coating system to small defected areas around vessel.
- Install new line including Razhad
- Confined space and fire sentry
- Scaffolding and Encapsulation
- Hydro blasting of Davits for weld inspection
- Offsite Abrasive blasting and painting of various item (Accumulators, davit parts. etc.)
As well as vessels, our exposure to Defence asset remediation projects has also been extensive.
