PCM Group were engaged by APA Group to provide concrete remediation and coating services to the ST 10 Sulphuric Acid bund at Diamantina Power Station in Mt.Isa Queensland.
The concrete bund was cleaned to remove all delaminated concrete and existing coating. Sweep blasting and high pressure wash to 5000psi. Screed was prepared and substrate and recoated before application of Nitocote followed by two coats of Nitoflor presenting an excellent finish.
The project was executed on time and budget with no HSE or environmental issues.
